This website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the Government of Dubai, or the official Ejari tenancy-registration system, and is not a successor to any of them.

The “Ejari” name.
“Ejari” is a service and trademark of the Dubai Land Department. We use the word only to describe the official process this site explains. We claim no ownership of, or authority over, the Ejari system.

Not a government portal.
This site does not provide official government services, does not issue Ejari certificates, and cannot register a tenancy in the DLD system by itself. Official registration takes place through the Dubai Land Department’s own channels — the Dubai REST app and approved Real Estate Services Trustee Centres. Any registration we help arrange is carried out as a private facilitation service.
